We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, undamaged, with any tags or included accessories, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used items may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

Please include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a brief description of your return request.

Please note that returns must be sent to our designated return facility. Do not send items back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. RISE Performance Recovery is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and any damage or defect.

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Used or worn items
  • Items not in their original packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items, if clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately at:

We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or changed once it has been processed or shipped.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable law.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags or included accessories, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
