Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, high order volume, incorrect shipping information, or events outside our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss may pass to you to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

RISE Performance Recovery is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make through our store are made directly with RISE Performance Recovery.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and RISE Performance Recovery, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services.
