Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Free Shipping

RISE Performance Recovery currently offers free standard shipping on eligible orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather, high order volumes, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside of our control.

We currently ship to customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. RISE Performance Recovery is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at support@riseperformancerecovery.us. We cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed once an order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your order appears significantly delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at support@riseperformancerecovery.us and we will do our best to assist you.

RISE Performance Recovery is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

For international orders, customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price unless otherwise stated at checkout.
